当前中国居民的医疗纠纷遭遇及其解决的影响因素探析——基于九市调查数据的实证分析

Research on the Influence Factors of Medical Dispute Encounters and Resolutions in Current China: Based on the Survey Data in Nine Cities

医疗纠纷的研究大多从规范研究和行动研究出发,存在片面性,从整体性和比较性对医疗纠纷的遭遇风险和纠纷解决方式进行分析和解释具有现实意义。对医疗纠纷的遭遇风险和纠纷解决方式进行假设,通过九市调查数据研究发现:医疗纠纷的遭遇存在区域和社会经济地位差异,而协商解决是人们处理医疗纠纷的主要共识,但解决方式也存在显著差异。数据表明城乡差异是影响我国居民医疗纠纷遭遇和解决方式的重要因素,而地区差异因素对医疗纠纷解决方式的影响不显著,因此政府除了要注重对城乡医疗资源的合理配置,还需要注意对城乡居民进行合理引导。

The study of medical disputes is mostly based on the aspects of the normative and action,which is one-sided.It is of practical significance to analyze and explain the encounter and dispute resolution of medical disputes from the perspective of integrity and comparison.Based on the hypothesis of the risk and settlement of the disputes,it is found that there are regional and socioeconomic differences in the encounter of medical disputes,and that the main consensus of people to deal with the disputes is to solve them through negotiation.But there are also significant differences in solutions.The results show that the difference between urban and rural areas is an important factor affecting the encounter and solution of medical disputes in China,while the regional differences have no significant effect on the settlements.Therefore,the government should take the rational allocation of medical resources in urban and rural areas into consideration and attention should also be paid to the rational guidance of urban and rural residents.
