In the education reform today,whether teachers have the right to discipline is controversial.There is difference between disciplinary education and corporal punishment.Disciplinary education is based on psychology,sociology and history of education.In order to ensure the implementation of disciplinary education better,the state needs to improve the relevant laws and regulations,the school should establish a perfect disciplinary education system,and the relevant departments should also establish an effective punishment education complaint mechanism.
