摘要
针对目前电液比例控制实验系统功能单一、操控困难、不易二次开发、无法满足教学需求的问题,研制阀-泵并联变模式电液比例调速系统。该系统可以改变控制模式,开展泵控马达、阀控马达、阀-泵并联控制马达等多种电液比例调速实验。设计阀-泵并联变模式电液比例调速系统,阐述其结构和工作原理,建立基于虚拟仪器技术的测控系统,并将此实验平台用于电液比例控制的实验教学,有效提高学生的实践能力,促进电液比例控制课程建设。
In view of the fact that the current electro-hydraulic proportional control experimental system has a single function,is difficult to control,and is not easy to be developed twice,and cannot meet the teaching needs,a valve-pump parallel variable mode electro-hydraulic proportional speed control system is developed.The system can change the control mode and carry out various electro-hydraulic proportional speed control experiments such as pump control motor, valve control motor,valve-pump parallel control motor.This paper designs the proposed proportional speed control system,expounds its structure and working principle,establishes a measurement and control system based on virtual instrument technology,and uses this experimental platform for the experimental teaching of electro-hydraulic proportional control,effectively improving the students’ practical ability has promoted the construction of electro-hydraulic proportional control courses.
