摘要 通过分析数控技术课程特点,针对学生数量快速增长与教学设备不足的矛盾,学生动手操作机会较少,无法满足现代应用型人才培养要求的现状,提出理实一体化实验教学改革。介绍本院理实一体化数控实验室构成及特点,理实一体化教学实施过程,通过改革,证明教学方式不仅安全,而且在提高学生的学习兴趣,增强动手实践能力方面,起到积极作用。 Based on the analysis of the characteristics of NC technology curriculum,aiming at the contradiction between the rapid growth of the number of students and the lack of teaching equipment and present situation students have fewer opportunities to operate,which can not meet the requirements of modern applied talents to students. The reform of experimental teaching of integration of theory and practice is put forward.This paper introduces the construction and characteristics of the integrated numerical control laboratory in our institute and the implementation process of the integration of physical and practical teaching.Through the reform,it is proved that the teaching method is not only safe,but also plays an active role in improving students’ interest in learning and enhancing the ability of practical practice.
