杭州市居家养老服务现状、存在的问题及对策分析

Analysis on the Current Situation and Existing Problems of the Community Endowment Service in Hangzhou and Its Countermeasure

文章以杭州市的居家养老服务体系为研究对象,通过运用科学合理的调查方式,对杭州市居家养老服务现状进行问卷调查及深入访谈,并对调查数据进行整理与深入分析,寻找出杭州市居家养老服务目前存在的问题,分析其产生原因,针对其缺点不足向居家养老服务负责人及有关政府部门提出建议,对进一步发展和完善居家养老服务提出了可行性建议。

This paper takes the service system of Home-based nursing service in Hangzhou as the research object to carry out the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview of the current situation of community endowment service in Hangzhou,and settle and deeply analyze the survey data to find out the present problems of the urban community home endowment and analyze its causes.Combined with the domestic and foreign advanced endowment patterns,the countermeasures and suggestions for community endowment service in Hangzhou are put forward,the feasible suggestions for the further development and perfect ion of home endowment service are put forward.
