摘要
投标是现代社会一种常见的经济活动,也因此带有商业模式的基本特点,即存在一定的风险,包括各类工程投标在内。基于此,本文以网络层次分析法作为切入点,论述其基本优势,再以此为基础,分析水利工程投标风险、网络层次分析法在水利工程投标风险决策中的应用方式以及应用要点等内容,并分别予以具体探讨,以期通过分析明晰理论,为后续水利工程投标风险决策工作提供参考。
Bidding is a common economic activity in modern society,therefore it has the basic characteristics of the business model,that is,there are certain risks,including various types of engineering bidding.Based on this,this paper takes the Analytic Network Process as the entry point and discusses its basic advantages.Based on this,this paper analyzes the bidding risk of hydraulic engineering and the application way and application points of Analytic Network Process in bidding risk decision-making of hydraulic engineering.The separate discussion is given to provide reference for the follow-up risk decision-making work of hydraulic engineering by analyzing the clear theory.
