在新时代的背景下,集团化企业在经营发展中,需要积极解决"高杠杆"问题,以此来促进自身更加稳定的发展。在这样的背景下,本文将阐述集团化企业杠杆的内涵与作用、降低杠杆的必要性,同时对集团化企业的杠杆率进行分析。在这一基础上,笔者将从不同的角度入手,提出几点关于集团化企业降低杠杆的相关策略,以期为相关人员提供参考,实现降低杠杆的目的。

In the context of the new era,group-based enterprises need to actively solve the problem of"high leverage"in their business development to promote their more stable development.In this context,this article explains the connotation and role of groupbased enterprise leverage and the necessity to reduce leverage,and analyzes the leverage ratio of group-based enterprises.On this basis,the author proposes some related strategies for reducing the leverage of group-based enterprises from different angles,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel and achieve the goal of reducing leverage.
