我国药品流通领域的行政监管问题及对策建议研究

Study on Administrative Supervision Problems and Countermeasures in the Field of Drug Distribution in China

药品流通与药品安全密切相关,成为我国药品监管部门进行药品监管的核心工作之一。通过规范化、科学化及合理化的药品流通监管,对提升社会公众的用药安全,具有非常重要的作用。在分析药品流通的过程及特点的基础上,进一步分析当前药品流通领域存在的监管体系稳定性较差、法律法规不完善、监管队伍不成熟等问题。最后,从完善监管体系及法律体系,创新监管方式等方面,针对性提出对策建议。

Drug circulation is closely related to drug safety,and it has become one of the core tasks of drug regulatory authorities in China.Through standardized,scientific and rationalized drug circulation supervision,it plays a very important role in improving the safety of the public.On the basis of analyzing the process and characteristics of drug circulation,we further analyze the problems of poor stability of the regulatory system,imperfect laws and regulations,and immature regulatory teams.Finally,from the aspects of perfecting the supervision system and legal system,and innovating the supervision methods,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
