基于互联网+外卖食品供应链安全监管问题研究——以南京高校大学生为例

Research on Security Supervision of Take-out Food Supply Chain Based on Internet+:Taking Nanjing University Students as an Example

外卖食品是把互联网和餐饮食品行业融为一体之后所产生的一种新业态,而这一时尚的消费形式在食品供应链安全监管方面存在各种问题。本文在分析了南京市大学生外卖存在食品供应链安全问题、安全监管困境的基础上,探讨江苏省"外卖"供应链安全监管应采取的措施,以此督促网络外卖食品供应链安全监管的标准化精准化管理,保护消费者权益。

Take-out food is a new form of business that combines the Internet and the food and beverage industry.This fashionable form of consumption has various problems in the safety regulation of food supply chain.Based on the analysis of the safety of food supply chain and the precautions of safety supervision in Nanjing University students take-out,this paper discusses the measures that should be taken in Jiangsu Province's"take-out"supply chain safety supervision,so as to supervise the standardization management of safety supervision of network take-out food supply chain and protect the consumer rights.
