Research on Quality Risk of Agricultural Product Supply Chain

农产品质量安全问题一直都是我国民生之根本,如何有效防范及控制其质量安全风险,是值得不断地深思和研究的问题。农产品质量风险虽然受到法律不健全,监管力度不强等外部环境的影响,但究其根本原因,还是由于农产品供应链的不完善。因此,文章以农产品供应链为研究对象,深入地剖析了其中所存在的质量安全风险,并提出农产品供应链质量安全风险的应对措施,为农产品供应链的不断完善提供一定的参考意义,从而进一步提升农产品的质量安全。

The quality and safety of agricultural products has always been the foundation of our people's livelihood.How to effectively prevent and control its quality and safety risks is a problem worthy of our continuous thinking and research.Although the risk of agricultural product quality is affected by the external environment such as imperfect laws and weak supervision,the root cause is still the imperfection of agricultural supply chain.Therefore,this paper takes the supply chain of agricultural products as the research object,deeply analyses the existing quality and safety risks,and puts forward the countermeasures of the quality and safety risks in the supply chain of agricultural products,which provides certain reference significance for the continuous improvement of the supply chain of agricultural products,thus further guaranteeing the quality and safety of agricultural products.
