摘要
韩咀煤矿水泵房硐室是沿原窑咀老巷刷扩而成,存在围岩应力高度集中、两帮帮鼓严重及变形量较大等问题。在原砌碹支护加固方案基础上,采用"深浅孔、高低压"耦合注浆加固方法,先通过低压浅孔充填注浆,将浅部围岩中的裂隙、缝隙充填起来并形成止浆墙,再进行锚喷支护,最后进行高压深孔注浆对深部围岩细微裂隙进行注浆加固,将松动圈范围内的破碎围岩体胶结,从而将锚杆压缩拱、锚索深部承载圈等形成的内外圈承载结构有效地组合,最终形成一个高强度、高刚度的多层锚壳组合拱结构,共同维持巷道软弱破碎围岩的长期稳定与安全。此方案对类似情况的矿山具有一定的借鉴意义。
The diverting chamber of the Hanzhi Coal Mine pump house is formed by brushing along the old kiln nozzle.There are problems such as high concentration of surrounding rock stress,serious damage to the two gangs and large deformation.On the basis of the original reinforced concrete support reinforcement scheme,the"deep shallow hole,high and low pressure"coupling grouting reinforcement method is adopted,which first fills the grout through the low pressure shallow hole,fills the cracks and gaps in the shallow surrounding rock and forms the retaining wall.Then,anchoring and shot concreting support is carried out.Finally,high-pressure deep-hole grouting is used to grout the small cracks in the deep surrounding rock,and the broken surrounding rock mass in the loose ring is cemented,so that the inner and outer ring bearing structures formed by the anchor arch and the anchor cable deep bearing ring are effectively combined to form a high-strength,high-stiffness multi-layer anchor-shell composite arch structure to jointly maintain the long-term stability and safety of the soft and broken surrounding rock of the roadway.This program has certain reference significance for mines with similar conditions.
