摘要
本文以其中的GIS罐体00014号罐体为研究对象,对其低压铸造过程进行数值模拟,并在依据数值模拟的结果对该罐体的低压铸造成型工艺提出优化设计方案。根据对不同浇注温度和不同充型压力的模拟结果,分析了在凝固过程中缺陷的产生原因,结合实际情况确定了低压铸造该铝合金罐体的工艺参数,浇注温度为T=700℃,充型压力为P=0.056MPa,模具的预热温度为300℃。
In this paper,the GIS tank No.00014 tank is taken as the research object,and the low pressure casting process is numerically simulated.Based on the numerical simulation results,the optimized design scheme of the low pressure casting forming process of the tank is proposed.According to the simulation results of different pouring temperatures and different filling pressures,the causes of defects in the solidification process are analyzed.The process parameters of low-pressure casting of the aluminum alloy cans are determined according to the actual conditions.The pouring temperature is T=700℃.The type pressure is P=0.056MPa,and the preheating temperature of the mold is 300℃.
