摘要
为了提高隧洞开挖施工效率,在保证安全质量的前提下加快项目关键线路的施工进度,同时降低施工成本,经现场调研后分别对影响施工效率的因素:如炮孔深度,炮孔间距,装药量,掏槽设计,供风设计等进行了综合分析和深度优化。经实践检验,优化的施工工艺能有效提高隧洞施工的整体效率。
In order to improve the construction efficiency of tunnel excavation,accelerate the construction progress of the key lines of the project under the premise of ensuring safety and quality and reduce the construction cost,after the on-site investigation,comprehensive analysis and deep optimization of the factors affecting the construction efficiency were carried out,such as the depth of the blasthole,the spacing of the blastholes,the amount of charge,the design of the gutter and the design of the air supply.Through practice,the optimized construction process can effectively improve the overall efficiency of tunnel construction.
