Review of Inventory Optimization under Dynamic Productivity Considering Employee Learning Behavior

对学习行为在生产库存优化问题的应用进行了综述,员工在工作中表现出的学习行为,可以提升生产效率,降低生产成本,但生产率提高的同时,加快了库存累积,间接增加了库存成本,需要在存储和生产之间进行平衡。生产将导致库存增加,需求将导致库存减少。稳定的生产率将使得库存增加的速度保持稳定,动态变化的生产率直接导致库存增加的速度不同。员工的学习行为使得生产率动态变化,这种动态变化的生产率给库存优化带来了难度。本文系统回顾了学习行为和动态生产率之间的关系,以及学习行为在库存领域的应用情况,以便更好的服务于库存管理实践。

This paper summarizes the application of learning behavior in production inventory optimization.Employees'learning behavior in their work can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,but at the same time,productivity increases,inventory accumulation is accelerated,and inventory cost is indirectly increased.It is necessary to balance storage and production.Production will lead to an increase in inventory and demand will lead to a decrease in inventory.Stable productivity will keep the rate of inventory increase stable,and dynamic productivity will directly lead to different rates of inventory increase.Employees'learning behavior makes productivity change dynamically,which brings difficulty to inventory optimization.This paper systematically reviews the relationship between learning behavior and dynamic productivity,as well as the application of learning behavior in inventory field,in order to better serve inventory management practice.
