基于云空间数字工卡的顶岗实习翻转课堂教学改革

摘要 在梳理分析顶岗实习教学环节中存在的诸多现实问题的基础上,提出基于云空间数字工卡的顶岗实习翻转课堂教学新模式,给出了该模式的实现路径并详细论述了在岗前培训、上岗实习和考核评价等三个阶段的翻转课堂教学介入时机、教学实施方式与步骤、教学设计方法与侧重点。最后通过对应用样本的评测与问卷调查结果进行数据分析,验证了该模式应用于顶岗实习教学的有效性。 On the basis of analysis on many practical problems in the teaching process during internship, this paper proposes a new teaching model of flipped classroom based on cloud space digital work-card and points out the realization path of the model. According to the three internship stages of pre-job training, onjob practice and post-evaluation, this paper discusses in detail the opportunity of teaching intervention, the approach and steps of teaching implementation, the method and the emphasis of teaching design. Finally, the validity of this model applied in post practice teaching is verified by data analysis of the application sample and questionnaire survey results.
