通过对A320型飞机客舱曲面壁板墙纸成型后出现的故障现象分析,讨论壁板的维修工艺流程展开论述,进而对墙纸的真空成型工艺进行探讨,总结出提高墙纸成型质量的工艺参数和工艺流程。

In this paper, through the analysis of the fault phenomenon after the molding of the curved panel wallpaper of the A320 passenger aircraft cabin, the maintenance process of the sidewall panel is discussed, and the vacuum molding process of the wallpaper is studied in depth. The technological parameters and the technological process for improving the quality of wallpaper molding are summarized.
