摘要
思政课教学改革,关键在于教师。教师能否做到真学、真懂、真信、真用,直接影响到思政课教学效果。培养"四真"教师既需要主管部门和高校创造有利条件,从物质到精神给予思政课教师全面关怀,也需要思政课教师付出辛勤努力,通过自我教育不断提升能力和素质。
The reform of ideological and political course is implemented mainly by the teachers. Whether a teacher can "truly learn","truly understand", truly believe" or "truly use" directly affects his teaching effect of ideological and political course. In order to cultivate teachers with "four areas of truth", the competent departments and colleges should create favorable conditions, such as material and spiritual care for the teachers. Of course, the ideological and political teachers relying on self-education should take painstaking efforts to gradually improve their own abilities and qualities.
