基于雷达监测信号的输电线路安全预警系统 被引量:24

摘要 传统输电线路安全检测方法主要通过人工巡视检测完成输电线路安全预警,工作人员通过肉眼巡视检查,不能实时分辨异常情况类型及时准确预警,导致输电线路安全预警具有局限性,为此设计了基于雷达监测信号的输电线路安全预警系统。首先采用雷达监测信号获取异常情况的方位信息,上传到智能视频监控模块,远程实时监控输电线路本体和周围情况,智能预警模块对输电线路自检完成早期预警与故障报警。通过滑窗平均法对输电线路故障信息进行实时提取,根据提取结果采用二进制监测判定异常情况目标监测准则,判定异常情况类型,完成有效预警。实验结果表明,在不同信号干扰下文中系统的抗干扰系数均保持在比较高的水平,并且运用文中系统对输电线路的安全进行预警时准确率高达95%以上,说明该系统可以准确完成对输电线路的安全预警。 The traditional transmission line safety detection methods mainly complete transmission line safety early warning through manual inspection.Staff members cannot distinguish the type of abnormal situation in real time and timely and accurate early warning through naked eye inspection,which leads to the limitation of transmission line safety early warning.Therefore,a transmission line based on radar monitoring signal is designed for safety early warning system.Firstly,the azimuth information of abnormal situation is acquired by radar monitoring signal and uploaded to intelligent video monitoring module.The transmission line itself and its surroundings are monitored remotely and real-time.The intelligent early warning module completes early warning and fault alarm for transmission line self-inspection.The fault information of transmission line is extracted in real time through the sliding window averaging method.According to the extracted results,the target monitoring criterion of binary monitoring is used to determine the type of abnormal situation,and the effective early warning is completed.The experimental results show that the anti-jamming coefficients of the system are kept at a relatively high level under different signal disturbances,and the accuracy of the system is over 95%when it is used to warn the safety of transmission lines,which shows that the system can accurately accomplish the safety warning of transmission lines.
