不同成熟度及烘烤工艺对云南昭通烟区烟叶品质的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Different Maturity and Curing Techniques on Quality of Tobacco Leaves in Zhaotong Region of Yunnan Province

摘要 为探索烟叶成熟度及烘烤工艺对昭阳区布嘎基地烟叶品质的影响,本试验以布嘎基地主栽品种云烟87为试验材料,采用双因素随机区组设计,研究了不同成熟度及烘烤工艺对昭阳区云烟87烟叶品质的影响,并探索成熟度及烘烤工艺对烟叶品质的最佳搭配组合。结果表明:尚熟和成熟烟叶用高湿变黄烘烤工艺烟叶品质较好;未熟和过熟烟叶用昭通烘烤工艺烟叶品质较好。 In order to explore the effects of maturity of tobacco leaves and curing technology on the quality of tobacco leaves in the Buga Base of Zhaoyang District, Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province,the experiment was carried out through the two-factor randomized block design with the main cultivar Yunyan 87 as material. The optimal combination of maturity and curing technology was screened for better quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaves was better when still ripe or mature leaves matching with the curing process of low-humidity yellowing, and unripe or overripe leaves matching with the Zhaotong local curing process.
