个性化护理对晚期乳腺癌赫赛汀联合化疗患者的不良反应及生活质量的影响

Effect of personalized nursing on adverse reactions and quality of life in the patients with advanced breast cancer herceptin combined with chemotherapy

目的观察个性化护理模式对晚期乳腺癌赫赛汀联合化疗患者的不良反应及生活质量的影响,为临床护理研究及实践提供可行性参考。方法选取本院2015年5月～2017年5月116例晚期乳腺癌患者为观察对象,随机分为干预组与对照组,每组58例。均确诊为晚期乳腺癌,两组均给予赫赛汀联合化疗方案。对照组予常规护理模式,干预组在对照组基础上给予患者个性化护理模式干预,比较两组护理干预后遵医行为、生活质量、健康知识掌握状况、不良反应等。结果干预组遵医行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),干预组健康知识掌握各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者生活质量情况优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在赫赛汀联合化疗方案治疗晚期乳腺癌中,实施个性化护理,能够提高患者遵医行为、健康知识掌握状况,减少不良反应,促进患者恢复,改善患者生活质量,具有较高的临床推广及应用价值。

Objective To observe the effect of personalized nursing mode on adverse reactions and quality of life in the patients with advanced breast cancer receiving Herceptin combined with chemotherapy, so as to provide a feasibility reference for clinical nursing research and practice. Methods 116 patients with advanced breast cancer in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected as observation subjects. They were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, with 58 cases in each group. All patients were diagnosed as advanced breast cancer. Both groups were given Herceptin in combination with chemotherapy. The control group was given a regular care mode. The intervention group was given a personalized nursing mode intervention based on the control group. The compliance behavior, quality of life, mastering of health knowledge, and adverse reactions after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of compliance behavior in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of mastering of health knowledge in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life in the intervention group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of advanced breast cancer with Herceptin combined with chemotherapy, the implementation of personalized nursing can improve patients' compliance behavior, mastering of health knowledge, reduce adverse reactions, promote patient recovery, improve patients' quality of life, and have a higher clinical promotion and application value.
