摘要 目的探讨心理护理与健康教育对冠心病心绞痛患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年2月~2018年2月在我院住院治疗的冠心病心绞痛患者100例,将所有患者按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组采取常规护理,干预组同时联合心理护理及健康教育,干预后比较两组的遵医率及护理满意度,并对两组患者干预前后的生活质量SAQ评分进行对比分析。结果干预组患者的完全遵医率达72.0%,总遵医率达98.0%,对照组患者的完全遵医率达52.0%,总遵医率达76.0%,两组遵医率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者的SAQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组SAQ评分分别较干预前显著升高,且干预组显著高于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。干预组的护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.231,P<0.05)。结论对冠心病心绞痛患者对症治疗的同时联合心理护理与健康教育,可以促使患者积极配合治疗和护理,改善生活质量,提高护理满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing and health education on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris hospitalized in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The intervention group was combined with psychological nursing and health education. After the intervention, the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The SAQ scores of the quality of life before and after intervention were compared and analyzed. Results The complete compliance rate of the intervention group was 72.0%, the total compliance rate was 98.0%, the complete compliance rate of the control group was 52.0%, and the total compliance rate was 76.0%. The differences of the compliance rate between the two groups were significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SAQ scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, the SAQ scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention, and the SAQ scores were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group, the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(χ2=8.231, P<0.05). Conclusion The symptomatic treatment combined with psychological nursing and health education for patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris can promote the patients to actively cooperate with treatment and care, improve their quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction.
