博物馆与城市共成长——论东莞市博物馆新馆建设的紧迫性和必要性

Museum and City Growing Together——On the Urgency and Necessity of the Construction of the New Museum of Dongguan Museum

博物馆是城市文化的名片和灵魂,承载着一座城市的历史内涵和文化追求,是城市文明的象征和标杆,也是城市的地标性建筑,具有不可比拟的文化象征意义,在城市规划建设中占有十分重要的地位。文章从博物馆与城市共成长的角度出发,结合东莞经济社会发展现状与水平,论述东莞市博物馆新馆建设的紧迫性与必要性。希冀借助纪念改革开放40周年之契机,加快促成新馆建设立项,启动东莞市博物馆新馆建设,以满足人们的文化需求。

The museum is the name card and soul of urban culture.It carries the historical connotation and cultural pursuit of a city.It is the symbol and benchmark of urban civilization as well as the landmark building of the city.It has incomparable cultural symbolic significance and is in the urban planning and construction.This paper discusses the urgency and necessity of the construction of the new museum of Dongguan City from the perspective of the growth of museums and cities,based on the study of the status quo and level of economic and social development in Dongguan.It is hoped that with the opportunity of commemorating the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up,the construction of the new museum will be accelerated and Dongguan's natural history will be launched,in order to meet people's cultural needs.
