摘要
白鹤梁水下题刻没于长江水下近40 m,其保护和展示利用方式特殊,对水下观察窗玻璃抗压强度等各方面性能要求高。文章介绍了在YB-3基础上优化制作工艺,研制出具有抗压强度高、透光性好、抗冲击性强、使用寿命长的航空有机玻璃应用于白鹤梁题刻水下保护和展示利用,是我国对水下文物保护特别是水下文物原址展示的科技手段的突破,这一创新性的应用将为更多的水下文化遗产保护与利用提供借鉴。
The white crane ridge inscription is nearly 40 meters below the surface of the Yangtze river,so the way of protection and display is special.It has high requirements for observation window glasses in the underwater part in terms of compression strength and other properties.The paper mainly introduces the optimization of the production process on the basis of YB-3,and the properties of the aircraft organic glasses,respectively,high compressive strength,good light transmittance and impact resistance,long-life.This type of glass has been applied to white crane ridge inscription for underwater protection,display and utilization It is a breakthrough in the scientific and technological means of the protection of underwater cultural relics,especially for the original sites underwater.The innovative application will provide reference for the protection and utilization of more underwater cultural heritages.
