《周礼》将天人相应、阴阳五行、义理象数之哲学理念融入司法制度的设计之中,构成了司法制度的合理内核。秋官、路鼓、肺石、三刺、五听、五戒、五禁、五刑、五罚、九棘、嘉石、圜土等司法制度的设计体现了先秦时期天人相应、阴阳五行、义理象数之理念。《周礼》还将儒家的仁爱、慎刑观念融入司法制度的建构之中,形成了多层级的预防犯罪发生的规范体系。三刺、三宥、三赦制度是基于仁善之理念设计的慎刑制度。

The Rites of Zhou constitutes the rational core of judicial system by integrating the philosophical concepts of correspondence between man and nature,yin-yang and five elements,and image number and philosophical connotations into the design of judicial system.The design of judicial system such as Qiuguan,lugu,feishi,sanci,wuting,wujie,wuxing,wufa,jiuji,jiashi,yuantu is the concrete practice of correspondence between man and nature,yin-yang and five elements,and image-number and philosophical connotations.The Confucian kindheartedness and concept of cautious penalty are also blended into the design the judicial system by The Rites of Zhou,constructing the multi-level system for preventing the crimes from happening.Sanci,sanyou,and sanshe are the system of cautious penalty based on the idea of kindness.
