关于人与自然和谐共生方略的哲学思考

The Philosophical Thought about the General Plan of Harmonious Co-existence between Human and Nature

党的十九大报告提出的人与自然和谐共生方略有着重要的理论价值。从哲学世界观视域来看,人与自然和谐共生表达了对历史上人与自然"主奴关系"建构的不满和批判,从而摆正了人在世界中的合理位置,建构起一种新型的平等主义的人与自然关系秩序。人与自然平等关系秩序建构,由于内在蕴含着尊重自然的道德态度,善待自然的道德责任,既要有所作为、又要避免胡作非为的行动方式,最终结果必然是人与自然的共生共荣。人与自然唯有平等,才有真义的和谐;人与自然唯有平等和谐,才有共生共荣。

The general plan about harmonious co-existence of human and nature proposed by the reports of the 19th CPC National Congress has great theoretical value.From a philosophical world view,the harmonious co-existence of human and nature expresses the dissatisfaction and criticism of the construction of the master-slave relationship between human and nature in the history,thus putting man in its proper position in the world and constructing a new type of egalitarian relationship between human and nature.The order construction of the relationship between human and nature is based on the inherent moral attitude of respecting nature and the moral responsibility of treating nature kindly and the behavior mode of doing something and avoiding doing something blindly.The final outcome must make co-existence and common prosperity between human and nature.Human and nature can only have true harmony when they are equal.Only when people and nature are equal and harmonious can they share co-existence and common prosperity.
