Ethical Characteristics of Circular Economy

当前一系列生态危机和环境问题表明,传统的经济增长方式已经不适应要求,必须采取一种新的经济生产方式,在实现经济效益的同时兼顾社会效益与生态效益。循环经济的应运而生,不仅符合经济学原则,能实现营利目的,而且兼具环保、高效、安全、尊重、可持续等多重伦理特性,还明确并深化了企业和消费者的环境责任,能够有效遏制环境利己主义,维护环境正义,也契合了马克思的混合义务伦理观。

At present,a series of ecological crisis and environmental problems show that the traditional economic growth mode has been out of date,therefore,a new economic production mode must be adopted to take social benefits and ecological benefits into consideration in realizing economic benefits.The emergence of circular economy not only conforms to the principle of economics,and is able to attain the goal of profit,but also has multiple ethical characteristics of environmental protection,high efficiency,safety,respect,and sustainable multiple ethical characteristics.Besides,it also makes clear and deepens the environmental responsibility of enterprises and consumers,effectively curbs environmental egoism,maintains environmental justice,and accords with Marx′s mixed obligation ethics.
