多元补偿层次下农民宅基地退出意愿影响因素研究——以重庆市为例

Research on the Factors Affecting Farmers' Homestead Withdrawal Intention under Multiple Compensation Levels:Taking Chongqing as an Example

利用对重庆市周边9个区县调查的数据,结合Logistic统计模型进行分析,探讨重庆地区农户宅基地退出补偿及其影响因素。结果表明,农户个人特征、家庭特征、宅基地及住房基本状况、宅基地效用认知因素均与农户宅基地退出补偿存在着正向或负向相关性;不同退出主体之间由于思想观念与生活环境的不同,各类别因素的影响程度不同。应该针对不同的补偿层次及微观主体不同的思想动态和客观实际,建立差异化的农村宅基地退出补偿机制。

Using the data of the surveys of 9 districts and counties around Chongqing,combined with the Logistic statistical model,the withdraw compensation of farmers'homesteads in Chongqing and its influencing factors are analyzed.The results show that there are positive or negative correlations between farmers'personal characteristics,family characteristics,homestead and basic housing conditions,and the cognitive factors of homestead utility with the compensation for farmer's homestead withdraw.Due to the difference of ideological concepts and life environment among different withdraw subjects,the degree of impact of each category factor differ.Differentiating compensation mechanisms for rural homesteads should be established for different levels of compensation and different ideological dynamics and objective reality of micro-subjects.
