保兑仓模式下回购契约的供应链协调研究

Research on the Supply Chain Coordination of Buyback Contract in the Financing Mode of Confirming Warehouse

为了研究回购契约在保兑仓融资中的协调情况,构建了保兑仓融资的回购契约数学模型,再运用博弈论、契约协调理论和数值模拟,计算出供应链分散决策和集中决策下的利润和最优订货量,并求解出供应链协调时需要满足的条件。研究表明,回购契约可协调该供应链,供应商也可以通过制定不同的回购价来掌握博弈主导权。此研究提供了一种传统保兑仓模式的改进方法,完善了保兑仓模式下供应链契约的研究。

In order to study whether buy-back contract coordinate the confirming warehouse mode,the mathematical model of the confirming warehouse with buyback contract is established.Game theory,contract theory and numerical simulation are used to calculate the profit and optimal order quantity of supply chain under decentralized and centralized decision,and the satisfied conditions in coordinated supply chain are researched.It is proved that the buyback contract can coordinate the supply chain,and suppliers can master the dominance of the game by setting different repurchase prices.An improved method of traditional confirming warehouse is studied and the research on supply chain contract of it is improved.
