摘要
针对义城煤矿3706综采工作面过空巷时巷道顶板离层、冒落及底鼓等围岩变形问题,结合矿井地质条件和空巷存在的问题,提出了巷道改进支护方案并实施应用。观测表明:改进后的锚杆锚固力、抗拉拔强度都远远大于原巷道支护用木垛结构,能够有效预防顶板离层、冒落及底鼓等问题,改善了巷道支护情况,适合空巷巷道的支护。
In view of the deformation of the surrounding rock deformation of the roof of the roadway at the 3706 fully mechanized coal mining face in Yicheng Coal Mine, combines the geological conditions of the mine and the existing problems in the empty laneway, this paper puts forward the improved support scheme for the roadway, and applies the plan to the engineering application. The observation shows that: the anchorage force and tensile strength of the improved anchor are much larger than those of the wooden stack structure used in the original roadway support, which can effectively prevent roof separation, caving and floor heave, improve the roadway support situation and suit the support of the goaf roadway.
