摘要
灵北煤矿四盘区采用大采高回采工艺,巷道断面尺寸较大,在巷道掘进支护技术方面存在的问题日益突出。最初采用沿底板掘进留设顶煤的掘进方式,对围岩稳定性的控制效果不理想。本文通过现场矿压监测、数据分析对比,胶轮车大巷改用见顶见底掘进并采用高预紧力加强支护的方式,能够维护巷道围岩的稳定性。
Lingbei Coal Mine adopts large mining height mining technology in the fourth pan area, and the size of roadway section is large. The problems in roadway excavation and support technology are becoming increasingly prominent. Initially, the top coal is retained along the floor, which is not ideal for controlling the stability of surrounding rock. Through on-site monitoring and data analysis, the stability of surrounding rock can be maintained by using top-to-bottom driving and pre-tightening to strengthen support in rubber-tyred roadway.
