摘要
在矿井开采过程中,认为刮板输送机中部槽冲击磨损与冲击高度、冲击流量以及煤流速率均呈现为正相关系,其磨损量影响程度表现为:煤体性质>冲击流量>冲击高度>煤流速率,研究表明当冲击高度为0.8m、冲击流量为15t/h、煤流速率为0.25m/s以及煤体性质为无烟煤时,磨损量最大。
In the process of mining, it is considered that the impact wear of the middle trough of scraper conveyor is positively correlated with the impact height, impact flow rate and coal flow rate. The degree of impact wear is as follows: coal properties > impact flow rate > impact height > coal flow rate. The research shows that when the impact height is 0.8m, impact flow is 15t/h, coal flow rate is 0.25m/s and coal property is anthracite, the wear rate is the highest.
