摘要
针对目前矿井下带式输送机滚筒温度检测装置精度差、功耗高等缺点,本文设计了一套基于无线信号传输的温度检测装置,通过实验室功能测试,验证了其功能的可靠性,能够较为稳定地实现温度的检测和传输,极大地节省了线路所占用的空间,为井下同类型设备的设计提供了参考。
In view of the shortcomings of poor accuracy and high power consumption of the temperature detection device for the drum of the underground belt conveyor at present, this paper designs a temperature detection device based on wireless signal transmission. The reliability of its function is verified by the laboratory function test, which can more stably realize the temperature detection and transmission, greatly save the space occupied by the line. It provides a reference for the design of similar underground equipment.
