摘要
本文针对山西霍尔辛赫煤矿综采工作面安装时运输系统的特点,设计了新型简易卡轨车,对驱动部分、张紧部分、牵引车的设计、回绳站的设计、绳道限位装置、绳的选择和信号的选择进行了改造设计分析。对设计方案进行了计算确定合格。该设计为井下绞车运输的设计提供了参考。
In view of the characteristics of the transportation system in the installation of the fully mechanized mining face in Shanxi Holsingh Coal Mine, this paper designs a new type of simple rail-jamming vehicle, and analyses the design of the driving part, the tensioning part, the tractor, the return rope station, the ropeway limit device, the selection of rope and the selection of signal. The design scheme is calculated and qualified. The design provides a reference for the design of underground winch transportation.
