煤矿事故风险动态管控技术研究与应用

摘要 对于动态风险以及静态风险来说,一系列机密相关的控制管理体系是必要的,需要企业具有完善的安全责任分工体制和统一的工作流程。本文通过对煤矿风险控制、安全信息管理、风险预警技术、应急预案风险管控法的研究,对城山煤矿事故风险动态管控应用进行分析,确定了城山煤矿的重大危险源,针对其中的危险源进行系统安全分析并作出评价。 As for dynamic risk and static risk, a series of confidential related control and management system is necessary, the need for enterprises to have a sound division of responsibility for security system and unified work-flow. Based on the research of risk control, safety information management, risk early warning technology and emergency plan risk control method of coal mine, this paper analyzes the application of dynamic risk control and control of Chengshan Coal Mine accident risk, identifies the major risk sources of Chengshan Coal Mine, conducts systematic safety analysis and evaluation of the risk sources.
