煤矿应急管理能力评价指标权重研究

Study on the Weight of Evaluation Index of Coal Mine Emergency Management Capability

本文采用层次分析法研究煤矿应急管理能力评价指标权重,影响煤矿应急管理能力主要因素为监测预警能力、应急救援培训能力和指挥决策能力。根据分析结果,提出提高应急管理能力的措施,为矿井应急管理的改进提供借鉴。

This paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to study the weight of evaluation index of coal mine emergency management ability. The main factors affecting coal mine emergency management ability are monitoring and early warning ability, emergency rescue training ability and command and decision-making ability. According to the analysis results, measures to improve emergency management capacity are put forward, which can provide reference for the improvement of mine emergency management.
