布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入对改善支气管肺炎患儿临床症状的疗效观察

Effect of budesonide suspe nsion combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation on improving clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia

目的:观察分析布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗对改善支气管肺炎患儿临床症状的治疗效果。方法:选择2015年1月～2018年1月在我院接受治疗的150例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机选择的方法分为对照组和观察组,每组75例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果和临床症状改善时间。结果:观察组肺部痰鸣音消失时间、憋喘改善时间、咳嗽消失时间、胸部CT阴影消失时间均显著低于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗总有效率为92.3%(72/75),对照组治疗总有效率为74.4%(60/75),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:布地奈德混悬液联合异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗能缩短支气管肺炎患儿治疗时间,具有药效迅速、安全、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe and analyze the efficacy of budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in improving the clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia. Methods:150 children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects. Randomly selected methods were divided into control group and observation group, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic effects and the improvement time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results:The time of disappearance of phlegm sound in the observation group, the time of suffocating improvement, the time of coughing disappearance, and the time of disappearance of the CT shadow of the chest were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The total effective rate of treatment was 92.3%(72/75), and the effective rate in the control group was 74.4%(60/75), and there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.01). Conclusions:Budesonide suspension combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation can shorten the treatment time of children with bronchopneumonia, which has the advantages of rapid, safe and simple operation. It is worthy of clinical application.
