Research Progress on Factors Affecting Metabolism of Polyphenols in Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

烟草多酚类物质对烟草生长发育和烟叶品质的形成都有重要的作用。为提高烤烟品质和特色烟叶生产提供参考,从遗传因素、生态因素、施氮水平及农艺措施等方面阐述其对烟草烟叶多酚类物质代谢影响;并对多酚类物质的研究重点与方向进行展望。

The polyphenols has an important role in growing development and quality of flue-cured tobacco.The genetic factors,ecological factors,nitrogen application levels and agronomic measures affecting polyphenols metabolism of flue-cured tobacco are reviewed and the research priority and direction of polyphenols are prospected to provide a reference for quality improvement of flue-cured tobacco and production of characteristic flue-cured tobacco.
