遵义地区3种野生食用菌的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Three Wild Edible Fungi from Zunyi,Guizhou Province

为保护和开发野生食用菌资源,采用孢子释放法和组织分离法对采自贵州遵义地区的3种野生食用菌进行菌株分离与鉴定,从而确定其生物学地位。结果表明:综合形态学特征和ITS基因序列鉴定,X-01号为真菌界(Eumycota),担子菌亚门(Basidiomycotina),层菌纲(Hymenomycetes),伞菌目(Agad-cales),粉褶菌科(Rhodophyllaceae)粉褶菌属(Rhodophyllus),晶盖粉褶蕈[Entoloma clypeatum(L)Quel];X-02号为真菌界,担子菌亚门,无隔担子菌亚纲(Holobasidiomycetidae),非褶菌目(Aphyllophorales),多孔菌科(Polyporaceae),多孔菌属(Polyporus),漏斗大孔菌[Favolus arcularius (Batsch:Fr.)Ames];X-03号为真菌界,子囊菌亚门(Ascomycotina),盘菌纲(Discomycetes),盘菌目(Pezizales),羊肚菌科(Morohel-laceae),羊肚菌属(Morchella)。

In order to protect and develop wild edible fungi resources,spore releasing and tissue isolation method were used to isolate and identify three wild edible fungi collected from Zunyi area,Guizhou Province,so as to determine their phylogenetic status.Results:Strain X-01 was identified as Entoloma clypeatum(L.)Quel,strain X-02 as Polyporus arcularius(Batsch:Fr.)and strain X-03 as Morchella by morphological characteristics and ITS region.Entoloma clypeatum(L.)Quel belongs to Eumycota,Basidiomycotina,Hymenomycetes,Agadcales,Rhodophyllus;Polyporus arcularius(Batsch:Fr.)belongs to Eumycota,Basidiomycotina,Holobasidiomycetidae,Aphyllophorales,Polyporus;Morchella belongs to Eumycota,Ascomycotina,Discomycetes,Pezizales,Morohellaceae.
