永胜县仔猪病毒性腹泻感染调查

Investigation on Viral Diarrhea Infection of Piglets in Yongsheng County

探明永胜县哺乳仔猪腹泻的病因,为其控制和预防提供参考,对永胜县3个规模化养殖场和散养户共88份出现腹泻症状的仔猪粪便样品进行RT-PCR分子生物学鉴定。结果表明:在88份样品中,有8份猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)阳性,阳性率为9.09%;有4份传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)阳性,阳性率为4.54%;有24份猪轮状病毒(PRoV)阳性,阳性率为27.27%。PRoV是引起当地哺乳仔猪腹泻的主要病原,部分猪场还存在TGEV与PRoV、PEDV与PRoV混合感染。

88 faecal samples collected from suckling piglets infected with diarrhea symptoms in three large-scale pig farms and some scattering raising households was identified by RT-PCR molecular biology to verify the viral cause of suckling piglets'diarrhea and provide a reference for its control and prevention in Yongsheng County.Result:8 samples are positive to PEDV and the positive rate is 9.09%.4 samples are positive to TGEV and the positive rate is 4.54%.24 samples are positive to PRoV and the positive rate is up to 27.27%.In conclusion,PRoV is the main pathogen to cause suckling piglets'diarrhea and there are TGEV and PRoV mixed infection,and PEDV and PRoV mixed infection in some pig farms in Yongsheng County.
