生物炭对小白菜幼苗生长及其生理生化特征的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为农业生产上科学合理利用生物炭提供理论依据,采用恒温光照培养试验的方法研究不同类型生物炭(酒糟生物炭和梨木生物炭)对小白菜幼苗生长及其生理指标的影响。结果表明:施用酒糟生物炭和梨木生物炭对小白菜幼苗生长有明显作用。其中,添加酒糟生物炭0.5~2.0g/10mL可显著提高小白菜幼苗株高(35.70%~64.28%)和叶绿素含量(17.86%~21.43%),降低幼苗叶片丙二醛含量(16.67%~23.81%)和过氧化物酶活性(1.80%~4.88%);添加酒糟生物炭0.05~0.5g/10mL可极显著提高叶片过氧化氢酶活性(67.47%~102.64%)。添加梨木生物炭0.5~2.0g/10mL可极显著提高小白菜幼苗株高(50.00%~78.57%),显著提高叶片叶绿素含量(10.71%~25.00%),降低幼苗叶片丙二醛含量(19.04%~45.24%)和过氧化物酶活性(17.58%~29.24%);添加梨木生物炭0.05~0.5g/10mL可极显著提高叶片过氧化氢酶活性(64.16%~122.75%)。酒糟生物炭对小白菜幼苗株高、叶片叶绿素含量及抗氧化酶活性等参数的影响不及梨木生物炭。 The effects of different types of biochars(wine lees biochar and pear wood biochar)on growth and physiological&biochemical indexes of Brassica campestris seedlings were studied by using a constant temperature and light culture experiment to provide the theoretical basis for scientific and rational utilization of biochar in agricultural production.Result:Applying wine lees or pear wood biochar has an obvious effect on growth of B.campestris seedlings.Applying wine lees biochar 0.5-2.0 g/10mL can significantly increase height(35.70%-64.28%)and chlorophyll content(17.86%-21.43%)of B.campestris seedlings,reduce MDA content(16.67%-23.81%)and POD activity(1.80%-4.88%)of seedling leaves.Applying wine lees biochar 0.05-0.5 g/10mL can significantly increase CAT activity(67.47%-102.64%)of seedling leaves.Applying pear wood biochar 0.5-2.0 g/10mL can increase height(50.00%-78.57%)significantly and chlorophyll content(10.71%-25.00%)of B.campestris seedlings,reduce MDA content(19.04%-45.24%)and POD activity(17.58%-29.24%)of seedling leaves.Applying pear wood biochar 0.05-0.5 g/10mL can significantly increase CAT activity(64.16%-122.75%)of seedling leaves.The effects of pear wood biochar on height,leaf chlorophyll content,and SOD,POD and CAT activity of B.campestris seedlings is higher than wine lees biochar.
