摘要 探明高寒草甸地上净初级生产力与物种多样性指数及土壤养分的关系,为生产应用提供依据。采用样方法研究地上净初级生产力与物种多样性及土壤养分的相关性。结果表明:群落多样性指数(H)与地上植物量呈极显著负相关(P≤0.01),碱解氮、速效钾与地上植物量呈显著负相关(P≤0.05),全氮、碱解氮、有机质、速效钾与H呈显著正相关(P≤0.05)。经主成分分析,不同样地差异来源主要是全氮、全钾、有机质、碱解氮、有效磷及速效钾,贡献度为49.76%,高于多样性指数的贡献度。物种多样性指数和土壤养分相互作用,共同影响高寒草甸群落的变化。 The correlations between aboveground net primary productivity,species diversity and soil nutrients were studied by using a quadrat method to verify the correlations between aboveground net primary productivity,species diversity and soil nutrients in alpine meadow and provide a reference for production application.Result:The community diversity index(H)is negatively related to aboveground biomass very significantly(P≤0.01).The available nitrogen and available potassium are negatively related to aboveground biomass significantly(P≤0.05).Total nitrogen,available nitrogen,organic matter and available potassium are positively related to H significantly(P≤0.05).The principal component analysis shows that the sources of difference among five sample plots are total nitrogen,total potassium,organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium mainly.The contribution rate of 6 main principal components reaches 49.76%and is higher than the contribution rate of the diversity index.The reaction between species diversity and soil nutrients has a joint influence on variation of alpine meadow community.
