基于产业集群形成机理下的贵州农业产业集群发展路径

Developmental Paths of Agricultural Industrial Cluster Based on the Industrial Cluster Formation Mechanism in Guizhou

为给贵州农业产业集群发展提供理论参考。基于农业产业集群形成和发展机理,以贵州虾子辣椒、仁怀茅台酒、湄潭茶叶、罗甸蔬菜为典型案例,结合贵州现有农业产业集群成长经历及诱导该农业产业集群形成的关键因素将农业产业集群分为5种发展路径:市场引导型、品牌驱动型、科技推动型、企业带动型和外资嵌入型。指出:贵州农业产业集群发展在认识科技创新对农业产业集群的发展和竞争力的重要作用的同时,必须以区域资源禀赋为基础,以市场化经营为前提,要重视品牌建设、强化龙头企业的带动作用和协助创新作用。

The agricultural industrial cluster can be divided into five developmental paths of market-oriented model,brand-driven model,science and technology-push model,enterprise-oriented model and foreign capital-embedded model by using Chili in Xiazi,Moutai in Renhuai,Tea in Meitan and Vegetables in Luodian as typical cases based on the formation and developmental mechanism of agricultural industrial cluster according to the growth history of the existing agricultural industrial cluster and key factors inducing the formation of agricultural industrial cluster to provide the theoretical reference for development of agricultural industrial cluster in Guizhou.The suggestions of strengthening brand building and reinforcing the leading,assistance and innovation role of leading enterprises are proposed by taking regional resource endowment as the foundation and acting market-oriented management as the prerequisite based on the important role of science and technology innovation in development and competitiveness of agricultural industrial cluster to promote development of agricultural industrial cluster in Guizhou.
