国防军工院校职能履行状况综合评价——基于主成分分析法

Functions Assessment of National Defense Universities in China: A Principal Component Analysis

近年来,随着中国的经济发展和国际局势的改变,国家对于国防军工院校的发展提出了新的要求,迫切需要发展其教学、科研和社会服务三大职能。为此,设计了国防军工院校职能履行的评价指标体系。在此基础上,采用主成分分析法提取出影响国防军工院校职能履行的主成分,并从大学职能视角出发对国防军工院校的职能履行进行了实证研究。结果表明,影响教学、科研和社会服务职能的主成分分别为:在校本科生数量和高层次人才数量、专利授权量和科技成果授奖、技术转让指标;北京航空航天大学和哈尔滨工业大学在工信部七所高校综合实力优于其他高校。

In recent years,with the economic development of our country and changes of international situation,our country raises new requirements for the development of the National Defense Universities(NDU).So those universities need to develop their functions of entrepreneurial universities.The authors designed the comprehensive evaluation system.On this basis,the principal component influencing the roles of the NDU was identified,and the empirical research on the function performance of the NDU was carried out.Finally,the conclusion was made:the major contributing factors of teaching,research and social services are the total number of undergraduates and high-level talents,licensed patents and S&T awards,as well as technology transfers.
