超超临界机组用动叶片模锻成型技术研究

摘要 对超超临界机组用动叶片的模锻成型、锻模及工装设计、预制坯方案进行了介绍,并利用DEFORM-3D软件进行模型构建,对模锻工艺参数进行对比分析,研究出适宜超超临界机组用动叶片模锻成型工艺。通过验证,数值模拟分析数据可靠,模具结构设计合理。 Die forging forming,forging die and tooling design as well as preforming billet plan of moving blades used for ultra supercritical units have been described,meanwhile modeling has been established by DEFORM-3D software and die forging technique parameters have also been compared and analyzed to work out applicable die forging forming technique for moving blades used for ultra supercritical units.It was verified that analysis data of numerical simulation was reliable and die structure design was reasonable.
