摘要
在中间轴热锻件图的基础上利用UG对中间轴热锻件进行三维建模,设计出终锻模具和终锻坯料。再通过DEFORM-3D软件对中间轴的终锻过程进行模拟,从而观察终锻坯料的飞边分布、锻造载荷和应力应变的分布情况。在得到良好的锻造参数的基础上,对锻坯的加工工艺进行优化。
3D modeling on thermal forging of automobile middle shaft has been conducted by UG based on thermal forging drawing of middle shaft,then finished forging mould and billet have been designed.Furthermore,finished process of the middle shaft has been simulated by DEFORM-3D software in order to observe trimming,forging loading and distribution condition of stress and strain of finished forging billet,finally machining process of forging billet has been optimized on the basis of sound forging parameters.
