双电源Z源逆变器及其器件控制策略的改进研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高准Z源逆变器的电压增益,设计了一种新型双电源Z源逆变器拓扑。这种拓扑与准Z源逆变器拓扑相比,具有更严格的结构对称性、两倍以上的升压能力和更低的开关电压应力。另外为减少开关器件的开关次数,采用一种改进型直通分段控制策略。在一个开关周期中,这种改进控制策略与简单升压控制策略相比,开关次数由7次减少到3次。分析了工作原理,进行了MATLAB仿真和样机实验,仿真和实验结果表明了新拓扑和控制策略的正确性。 In order to improve voltage gain of Quasi-Z-source inverter(qZSI),a new type topology of dual-power-supply Quasi-Z-source inverter is designed.Compared with qZSI,the new topology has stricter symmetrical structure,more than twice raising voltage ability and lower switching voltage stress.In addition,in order to reduce the switching number of switchings,an improved segmental shoot-through control strategy is adopted.In one switching period,compared with the simple boost voltage control strategy,this improved control strategy reduces the switching number from 7 to 3.The working principle is analyzed.MATLAB simulation and prototype experiment are carried out.Simulation and experimental results show the correctness of the new topology and control strategy.
