摘要 为了解决凿岩台车在隧道爆破施工时周边孔钻孔效率低的缺点,改变传统光面爆破方法,通过减少周边孔钻孔量,采用聚能切割爆破技术,在聚能凹槽轴线产生汇聚的、速度和压强都很高的爆炸产物流,形成切割效应,利用这种产物射流将隧道周边孔串联在一起,形成光滑的隧道开挖轮廓线,达到提高凿岩台车的效率、减少作业时间、减少爆破器材消耗、降低机械化施工成本的目的,为类似工程提供借鉴。 In order to solve the shortcoming of drilling speed of peripheral holes when drilling jumbo in tunnel blasting excavation.The shaped charge cutting blasting technology is adopted to change the traditional smooth blasting method,reduce the drilling amount of peripheral holes,generate high-speed and high-pressure concentrated explosive product flow on the axis of the energy gathering groove,and form a cutting effect.The peripheral holes of the tunnel are connected in series by product jet to form smooth tunnel excavation contour lines,so as to achieve the purposes of improving the efficiency of rock drilling jumbo,reducing the operation time and reducing the consumption of blasting equipment is achieved,it provide reference for similar projects.
