摘要
针对某含金量4. 6 g/t的石英脉型金矿,在矿石性质研究的基础上,经磨矿细度和药剂用量条件试验,获得合格的金银精矿。对浮选尾矿进行综合利用试验研究,最终获得K_2O品位6. 47%的钾长石精矿,SiO_2品位99. 91%的石英产品。38~104μm石英产品经玻璃熔制初步试验,与矽比科进口原料宏观效果一致。
For a quartz vein gold mine with a gold content of 4.6 g/t,based on the study of ore properties,qualified gold and silver concentrate was obtained by grinding fineness and dosage test.The comprehensive utilization test of flotation tailings was studied.Finally,the potassium feldspar concentrate of 6.47%K2O grade and the quartz product of 99.91%SiO2 grade was obtained.The initial test of glass melting of 38-104μm quartz products was conducted.The macroscopical effect is consistent with the Sibelco.
