银浮选尾矿回收分离有价金属的湿法浸出探索试验研究

摘要 以某含银浮选尾矿为原料,进行回收分离银、金、铅等有价金属的浸出试验研究。发现当Na CN加入量10 kg/t,磨矿粒度-0. 038 mm≥90%以上,氰化时间24 h,银浸出率达75%,金浸出率达62%。用氯化浸出,在盐酸3 mol/L、氯酸钠12%,氯化钠30~40 g/L,磨矿粒度-0. 044 mm≥90%,浸出温度85℃,银、金及锌浸出率分别达95%、90%和97%左右,铅绝大部分留在浸出渣中。两种工艺进行2 kg/次的全流程试验:常温下用锌粉置换富银液中银,一次置换率达97%以上,绝大部分铅留在浸出渣中,从而达到回收分离银、铅的目的。 The leaching experiment of separating valuable metals such as silver,gold,lead from nonfloat containing silver was carried out. It found that when the amount of sodium cyanide was 10 kg/t,the grinding particle size was-0. 038 mm more than 90%,and the leaching time was 24 h,the silver leaching rate was 75%,the gold was 62%.When hydrochloric acid is 3 mol/L,sodium chlorate 12%,sodium chloride 30 ~ 40 g/L,grinding particle size-0. 044 mm more than 90% and leaching temperature 85 ℃,the silver leaching rate is about 95%,gold is about90%,zinc is about 97%,and most of lead remains in leaching residue. Two kinds of process tests were carried out at2 kg/time: silver in silver-rich liquid was replaced by zinc powder at room temperature,with a replacement rate of more than 97%. Most of the lead remained in leaching residue,so that the purpose of separating silver and lead was achieved.
