摘要
以甘蔗为原料,制备了甘蔗基活性炭,并研究了其结构和SO_2吸附性能,结果表明:升温速率和碳化温度对甘蔗基活性炭的比表面积、孔体积、平衡吸附量和显微硬度有较大影响,程序升温速率为5℃/min、碳化温度为250℃时,制备的活性炭性能较好,而活性炭显微硬度随碳化温度的升高而增加;活性炭在粒径为0. 5~1. 0 mm、吸附温度为150℃、空速为2 000 h-1下吸附性能较好。
The sugarcane-pole-based activated carbon was prepared,and its SO2 adsorption property was studied.The results show that:specific surface area,pore volume,equilibrium adsorption and microhardness were involved in heating rate and carbonization temperature of sugarcane-pole,the activated carbon has the largest specific surface area and equilibrium adsorption capacity with heating rate of 5℃/min and carbonization temperature of 250℃;In addition,the activated carbon with particle size of 0.5-1.0 mm,adsorption temperature of 150℃,and gas hourly space velocity(GHSV)of 2 000 h^-1 has good adsorption performance.
